We are trimming and reinforcing trees to prevent damage from high winds.
We are promptly cleaning public areas to keep them dry and prevent slips.
To help us ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask all residents to take the following precautions:
Close all windows and balcony doors before leaving your apartment.
Store or secure any loose items on your balcony that could be blown away by the wind.
Regularly clean the floor and drainage grates on your balcony or loggia to prevent blockages that could lead to water flooding into your home.
Inspect and maintain your windows and balcony doors to ensure they are secure in the event of a storm or strong winds.
Immediately report any issues to the Building Management Office.
