To ensure a safe and comfortable living environment while minimizing potential risks caused by severe weather, the Management Team of Anabuki NL Vietnam at Mizuki Park Urban Area has proactively carried out a series of preventive maintenance activities:
Reinforcing and Repaving Sunken Areas: Comprehensive inspections have been conducted, followed by reinforcement and repaving of all sunken pavement areas to eliminate the risk of water accumulation and slippery surfaces, ensuring safer pedestrian access for residents.
Pruning Trees and Removing Dry Areca Fronds: Large tree branches have been carefully pruned, and dry areca palm fronds removed to reduce the risk of falling debris during strong winds and storms. These efforts not only preserve the landscape's greenery and visual appeal but, more importantly, help protect the lives and property of residents.
These preventive maintenance activities are not limited to Mizuki Park. Across all projects under Anabuki's management, our teams are actively carrying out landscape maintenance and infrastructure reinforcement in preparation for the rainy season.
